Our Service Charter

1. We do not charge for standard telephone calls or e-mails as this enables us to keep up to date with business issues without our clients worrying that the clock is ticking.

2. We aim to respond to all calls and e-mails within 1 working day. We also aim to ensure our clients have received a written response, where required, within 4 working days (dependant upon any upcoming Postal Strikes!).

3. We set deadlines for all tasks undertaken and will not exceed these deadlines. This is however dependant upon our clients meeting the deadlines in which they must provide us with the required information.

4. All clients will receive a quarterly newsletter updating them with the latest tax and business news. Where legislation directly relevant to a client’s business changes, we will always endeavour to inform our clients on an individual basis to ensure they are adequately prepared.
