Timely, accurate and understandable financial information is the key to successful decision-making. At Midas we will work with you to establish a reporting pack which provides you with the key information that you need to run your business. We will also advice on additional information that we feel may add value to this service.

 

This service is affordable, flexible and tailored specifically to your needs. We can incorporate our services with your existing bookkeepers and accountants, or we can provide an integrated service from bookkeeping to year end accounts and tax returns.

 

Our reporting packs are tailored to your needs, and will typically include;

 

· An executive summary highlighting the Key Performance Indicators for the Month and Year to date.

· Bespoke Profit & Loss Account, your balance sheet and a Cashflow statement.

· Budget variance reports.

· Cashflow and profit forecasts.

· Aged Debtor and Aged Creditor Analysis.

· Personal and Corporation Tax forecasts, incorporating key tax planning guidance.

 

All clients will have the option to meet with us on a monthly or quarterly basis to review the information provided.

 

To ensure you get the optimal value for money with this service, we are dependant upon your ongoing feedback. We will make any changes requested to your reporting pack free of charge.

 

Our Financial Controller services start at £400 per month and are inclusive of your Statutory accounts, all tax returns including personal tax returns for directors and a monthly management meeting to discuss bespoke management reports.
