Accountancy and Tax Services

We provide a comprehensive range of accountancy and tax services including statutory accounts for limited companies and personal and corporation tax returns. We will always seek opportunities for improving tax efficiency and provide accounting information in a compliant format that will reduce the risk of HMRC enquiries.

Our complete year end service fee is inclusive of unlimited email and telephone support and a thorough year end review meeting to ensure that you are completely comfortable with the information within your year end accounts and tax return. We will collect and return your accounting records within a timeframe that is acceptable to you.

The only service that we are unable to provide is an audit. However, if your annual turnover is under £5.6 million and your balance sheet total is under £2.8 million, you will not require an annual audit.

We provide our comprehensive small business package from as little as £300* per annum for sole traders and £600* per annum for limited companies.

*These fees are based on owner-managed businesses with fewer than three employees that are VAT registered and is inclusive of Year end accounts, corporation tax return, PAYE returns, personal tax returns for all directors and a complete year end review with tax planning consultancy.

Bookkeeping and Payroll Services

Our AAT qualified bookkeepers can provide a comprehensive and tailored bookkeeping service, inclusive of payroll administration. We can work with your accounting system, be it computerised or manual. Or we can complete your books using our Microsoft Office Accounting software. You can feel confident that our bookkeeper is keeping your books in excellant order, ensuring all HMRC deadlines are met for payroll and VAT. We will also provide management reports as standard each month.

We charge a standard hourly rate of £20 per hour for our bookkeeping and payroll services.

Consultancy and Training Support

Whether you require business planning advice, tax consultancy or advice regarding accounting software we can help. Our business consultant is a business graduate and Chartered Management Accountant with extensive experience of small business issues.

Our consultancy and training fees are £50 per hour (travel expenses may also be applicable, please contact us for an individual quote).
